Eighty years is a remarkable milestone.
While products, technologies, and industries have evolved over the decades, one thing has remained constant at Foster Manufacturing: the people behind our success.
As we celebrate our 80th anniversary, we're recognizing the employees whose dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment have helped shape Foster into the company it is today.
For Heather Riggs, Materials Manager, who recently celebrated 29 years with Foster, the milestone represents more than longevity.
"I find it meaningful to be part of an organization with such a rich history and a strong commitment to both the industry and the people within it."
When asked what makes Foster special, her answer was simple:
"Personally, for me, it's the teamwork and the genuine dedication everyone brings that truly makes Foster stand out as a great place to work."
That sentiment was echoed by Holly Fender, who has also spent 29 years with the company in various roles.
"I've spent 29 years at Foster because it's more than a workplace. It's a team that feels like family. Watching the company grow while staying true to its values has made every year meaningful."
When employees were asked what 80 years of Foster means to them, a common theme emerged: commitment.
Rick Pinegar, Global Supply Chain Manager, described it as:
"80 years of consistency and dedication to the industry."
To celebrate this milestone, employees gathered for a special anniversary lunch and received commemorative 80th Anniversary Foster Manufacturing shirts, recognizing the people who continue to build upon the company's legacy every day.
As we look ahead, we're grateful for everyone who has been part of the Foster story over the last 80 years.
Because while reaching 80 years is an incredible achievement, it's the people behind those 80 years who make it truly meaningful.
