Employee Spotlight: Rodny Davis

FUN FACT: Playing “a little bit of everything,” in bands for over 20 years, Rodny is a multifaceted musician with bass, guitar, and drums skills in tow!

Rodny joined the Ideal Tridon Group on St. Patrick’s Day, bringing with him over a decade of distribution space expertise. Previously a Product Manager at Applied Industrial, he's experienced serving as a link between suppliers, internal teams, and sales associates in the field. That background now drives his work supporting Campbell Fittings and Foster Manufacturing.

So far, Rodny says the people have been the best part of his role. He enjoys their passion and pursuit of the motto, “If you can’t talk about it, you can’t fix it.” He says he’s found refreshing transparency across all levels of the company.

Beyond the fittings world, Rodny can be found with family or enjoying music, art, and literature. He just finished reading and recommends Kazuo Ishiguro’s “Never Let Me Go.”
