Horses have been a life-long passion for Jamie Klein beginning at age five. She says, “It was a love I inherited from my Mom. She had horses most of her life and now my sister and I are continuing the tradition.” Caring for horses through the years taught Jamie valuable lessons: responsibility, hard work, and perseverance.

The same kind of virtues that Jamie Klein applies to her position at Campbell Fittings as an account manager for the Gulf region managing inside sales.

Most days find Jamie fielding technical questions or speaking with customers about hose fittings, cushion clamps, and sleeves. She says that her most exciting day at work—meeting clients in person after talking with them for years.

Jamie currently manages LiveHelpNow, a live webchat tool, which debuted June 1, 2020 on CampbellFittings.com. This tool provides real-time interaction and assists online visitors exactly when they need it. Jamie was able to direct a customer quickly to installation instructions, saving time and building trust. Online tracking and reporting generates new leads and helps grow the business.
