Leah Jones - Global Aftermarket Sales Support Manager, Ideal Tridon

FUN FACTS: Leah studied abroad in Germany, where she met one of her best friends. They still keep in touch and even attended each other's weddings!

She and her husband, who are high school sweethearts, were part of the first graduating MBA class from Lipscomb University in 2000.

WHAT INSTRUMENTS CAN YOU PLAY? Leah played the flute in her high school marching band, which is the same instrument her daughter plays now! She can also play the piccolo and the piano.

Leah Jones has her hands full with price management, quoting, and helping customers - and she wouldn’t have it any other way. As the Global Aftermarket Sales Support Manager, Leah manages a small but mighty team dedicated to making sure our customers receive accurate pricing information. She previously worked for a shoe company for 21 years, where she honed her data management skills in a variety of positions before coming to Ideal Tridon in 2019. She loves the welcoming and family-like atmosphere and says that she instantly felt like she belonged here.

Currently living just a few streets away from our Smyrna, TN headquarters, Leah is proud to say she is a Tennessee native. She attended Riverdale High School, where she performed in the marching band alongside her husband, who was her high school sweetheart. They have two children, a 16-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, who keep them busy with a variety of activities such as dance, band, and Scouts.

In her free time, Leah loves to travel with her family and is always looking forward to their next vacation. She enjoys date nights with her husband, spending time with her girlfriends on their game nights, as well as attending LifePoint Church, where she is part of a wonderful small group.
