Theresa White - Executive Assistant to CEO, Ideal Tridon Group

FUN FACT: If Theresa had a dollar for every time she'd been mistaken as Sarah Palin, she'd be a millionaire! She was even asked to pose as Sarah for a local contest.

If you have not gone to Theresa (better known as “T”) asking for assistance, you are one of a select few. She began her career at the age of 16, where she worked for the Department of Energy and even had a Level Q security clearance! She has also worked at John Deere as an office manager, where she was certified to drive a forklift. She is a natural-born planner and often makes people laugh with her forward-thinking - like when she starts planning for Christmas in early October!

As an executive assistant in our Smyrna, TN headquarters, Theresa wears many hats and not only supports our CEO, but also our COO, CFO, and the entire executive team across multiple ITG locations. She is readily available to help our teams in Europe & Asia and has gotten used to answering the phone in the wee hours of the morning. Theresa has been with the company for 11 years and learned fast that her position required lots of multi-tasking, planning, prioritizing, and reprioritizing as things move quickly with her busy schedule. She enjoys helping out wherever she can, having fun with her coworkers, and knowing that her dependability is a reason people reach out to her.

Originally from Knoxville, TN, Theresa and her husband Van are longtime Tennessee Volunteers fans and enjoy going back to visit the Smoky Mountain hills. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her Cairn Terriers, Sophey and Bentley.
