FUN FACT: Selah has moved cross-country twice: from Indiana to California, and then back to Michigan!

FAVORITE THING TO DO: Tent camping - she finds it exhilarating. She also enjoys floating on the lake in the summer.

Managing chaos and updating Excel files is second nature to Selah Thompson, Pricing Manager at Ideal Tridon Group. A fast learner, she started as a Customer Service Representative just three and a half years ago and quickly worked her way up to Customer Service Manager before going on maternity leave. Upon her return, she decided to move into the slightly less demanding role of Pricing Manager. She is a self-proclaimed “Excel wiz” and loves being able to ID and fill in holes where information may be missing. Her favorite part working at Ideal Tridon Group is the family atmosphere and the fact that everyone in the company is always willing to lend a hand. “Even if you’ve never spoken to someone before they’re willing to help you,” she says.

At home, Selah has three children: a 16 year-old, a 14 year-old, and a nearly 6 month-old baby who is the newest addition to the family. She says while her youngest child was a bit of a wild card, it has been nice reliving all the precious moments with a baby. She says, “It’s like starting over again, but this time I know what I’m doing!” Selah looks forward to cherishing every moment with all three of her kids and says you can often find them snuggled up on the couch together in their jammies.
